Q:  Can the hair be pulled back or clipped up during the 72-hour waiting period?

A:   No, Necessary. you will do pony tail , clipped your hair or use curling iron the same day.

Q:   What should be done if the hair gets wet during the 72-hour waiting period after smoothing treatment?

A:    Please do blow-dry every after shampooing. If you'd like to use the flat iron with low to medium heat.

Q:  Is the treatment reapplication done on the entire head or just on the new growth?

A:   The reapplication should be done on the entire head.

Q:   What kind of shampoo and conditioner should be use on hair treat with vip Keratin smoother ?

A:    We recommended using Amino-Acid shampoo. because if you use a strong shampoo, they can strip away the treatment.

Q:   How long will the results last ?

A:    Treatment results last up to four month. Treatment longevity may vary depending on the client's life style and at-home maintenance regimen.

Q:   Can the treatment be done on pregnant or nursing women?
